Performance Venues

As two of the largest capacity fully equipped performance venues in mid-Missouri, Jesse Auditorium and Missouri Theatre are both favorite stops for national and international shows touring the Midwest. Missouri Theatre events occur in downtown Columbia. Jesse Auditorium events are at the heart of campus. Take a look at upcoming shows to plan your next visit and buy tickets.

Museums

Location

520 S. Ninth Street, Columbia, Mo.

  • The Museum of Anthropology and Museum of Art & Archaeology are both located on the ground floor of Ellis Library’s east wing.
  • Enter from Lowry Mall, Hitt Street, or from within Ellis Library.

Hours

  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday
  • noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays
  • closed on all University observed holidays
